- Assist with financial accounting, including basic payments and receipts.
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports.
- Coordinate closely with team members and an external bookkeeper.
- Manage the royalty payments process.
- Office Administration and Management:
- Coordinate and manage office supplies, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Handle maintenance issue reporting and resolution.
- Advise on cost-effective office suppliers.
- Regularly archive paper and online records.
- Organise and arrange new office furniture as needed.
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide support for arranging travel, including booking and scheduling.
- Handle all aspects of book orders, including fulfilment, invoicing, customer liaison, and tracking.
- Oversee stock movements and valuations.
- Assist in arranging meetings, including room bookings, catering, and taking minutes.
- Provide assistance with various other administrative tasks as required.
