Business Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to a mission-driven organisation and support our vital work in the field of childhood conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Assist with financial accounting, including basic payments and receipts.
    • Produce accurate and timely financial reports.
    • Coordinate closely with team members and an external bookkeeper.
    • Manage the royalty payments process.
  • Office Administration and Management:
    • Coordinate and manage office supplies, cleaning, and maintenance.
    • Handle maintenance issue reporting and resolution.
    • Advise on cost-effective office suppliers.
    • Regularly archive paper and online records.
    • Organise and arrange new office furniture as needed.
    • Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries.
    • Provide support for arranging travel, including booking and scheduling.
    • Handle all aspects of book orders, including fulfilment, invoicing, customer liaison, and tracking.
    • Oversee stock movements and valuations.
    • Assist in arranging meetings, including room bookings, catering, and taking minutes.
    • Provide assistance with various other administrative tasks as required.
  • Role Profile:
