About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll and adjustments, including overtime, holidays, and absence
  • Set up new starters and process leavers
  • Process additional commissions and bonuses
  • Handle payroll queries from colleagues
  • Maintain accurate pensions records
  • Send out relevant documentation to new starters
  • Run various reports
  • Perform monthly checks and compliance
  • Submit month-end reports and manage payroll year-end
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, managing end-to-end payroll processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good Excel skills and knowledge of the Sage50 Payroll system
