Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our food and beverage operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including supervising staff and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
  • Assist the Restaurant and Bars Manager in the planning and implementation of food and beverage menus, promotions, and events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive a personalized experience.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that we are achieving our revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
