Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our food and beverage operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including supervising staff and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
  • Assist the Restaurant and Bars Manager in the planning and implementation of food and beverage menus, promotions, and events.
  • Be responsible for the opening and closing of the restaurant and bar, including ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Take responsibility for stock taking and inventory management.
  • Assist with recruiting and training employees, including providing coaching and feedback to ensure that they meet the required standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer care, including resolving guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, front office, and maintenance, to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a strong commitment to quality and excellence. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in areas such as:

  • Customer service and relations
  • Staff management and development
  • Inventory management and control
  • Menu planning and implementation
  • Event planning and execution
