As a key member of our development staff, you will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts and building strategic partnerships with institutional donors.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include creating and implementing an annual development plan and budget, building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective donors, and providing leadership and coaching to our development team.
You will also be responsible for designing coordinated marketing strategies for development presence in all communications, creating and implementing a communication and promotional plan for increased donor engagement, and overseeing research funding sources and trends.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a flexible and adaptable style, excellent communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
You will also need to be proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, donor research platforms, and database management software.

**Key Qualifications:**
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

* Experience and familiarity with Philadelphia and its cultural community a plus
* Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 by hire date
**Salary:** $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
