Claims Technical Support Specialist

As a Claims Technical Support Specialist with Independent Appointments, you will provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK, primarily in the Commercial sector, excluding motor.
Key Responsibilities:- Working from a home base, you will provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK.
- You will be responsible for resolving claims and developing a rapport with brokers and adjusters.
- Candidates will ideally be ACILA qualified, but we also consider candidates who can demonstrate their experience and working towards this qualification.
- This role may also suit part-time/flexible working.
- Confidence and ability to develop a rapport with brokers and adjusters.
- Technical capability to resolve claims.
- ACILA qualification or experience working towards this qualification.
As a Claims Technical Support Specialist with Independent Appointments, you will have the opportunity to work in a home-based environment, providing technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK.
