We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at SetSales, a leading company in the industry media and conference products sector. As a key player in building one of our portfolio companies, you will have the unique opportunity to drive financial growth and success.

As our Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to our business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing annual budgets for effective financial planning and management.
  • Conducting monthly P&L and cash updates to provide comprehensive financial insights and ensure optimal financial health.
  • Reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure that our financial position is strong and stable.
  • Managing Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities to ensure that our financial resources are allocated effectively.

You will work closely with our CEO to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and success. You will also be responsible for reporting to investors on a monthly basis and participating in board meetings.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong accounting background and experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business. You should have a passion for building and executing new businesses and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We require a UK working permit for this role.
