Role Overview

As a Nursing Manager at Care UK, you will play a crucial role in guiding the nursing team to ensure that we meet the comprehensive medical, physical, and emotional needs of our residents. Candidate Profile

As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), you will possess a strong understanding of Care Planning processes, including Catheterisation, Wound Care, Venepuncture, and palliative care, and be well-acquainted with clinical assessment tools. You should be eager to advance your leadership capabilities and clinical expertise, capable of forming strong relationships with residents and their families, and committed to driving ongoing improvements in care quality.
