About the Role:
Futures Housing Group is seeking a highly skilled and versatile tradesperson to join our Repairs Team in Daventry. As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including bricklaying, concreting, plaster patching, carpentry, and fire door works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Use company vans to visit customers' homes and carry out repairs, taking pride in a job well done.
- Hold a full clean driving licence and have a minimum NVQ Level 2/C&G in Carpentry.

- 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm, with 30 minutes break for lunch.
