We’re on the hunt for a Multi Skilled Operative to sign up to our high performing Repairs Team based in Daventry. If you’re a multi-talented tradesperson, looking for a permanent role with a company that aims to provide excellent customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to showcase the skills you’ve acquired in your career so far. You’ll be part of a growing repairs team, visiting customers’ homes carrying our a range of repairs including bricklaying, concreting, plaster patching, carpentry maintenance and fire door works, showcasing your eye for detail and excellent standards.

At interview you’ll need to show us your full clean driving licence and in order to be considered you’ll ideally need to have a minimum NVQ Level 2 /C&G in Carpentry.

You’ll have use of one of our company vans, visiting our customers’ homes, fixing various issues and taking pride in a job well done, knowing that you’ve made a real difference to our customers.

Your weekly hours of work would be 37, Mon - Thurs 8:00am till 4:00pm, Fri 8:00am till 3:30pm with 30 minutes break for lunch break, paid monthly. You'll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days holiday at Christmas.
