Gap Construction is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. As a key member of the main contractor's head office, this role will involve surveying duties on residential sites.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare tender and contract documents in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
- Conduct cost analysis for ad hoc repairs and other site-related tasks.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of site costs and progress.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
