About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Estimator to join our team at Londinium Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality estimating services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit tenders for construction projects
  • Undertake quantity take-offs and produce Bills of Quantities
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on site exposure and knowledge of construction processes
  • Background in Groundworks, Demolition, Civils, Piling, Drainage, Utilities, or Landscaping sectors
  • Full UK driving license and local residence to Hertfordshire office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
