Role: Corporate Solicitor

Title/PQE: Solicitor / 3 PQE - 10 PQE

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £40,000 - £80,000 + DOE


Simpson Judge Ltd is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its leading Corporate Commercial team in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working on a full M&A caseload, with opportunities to expand your expertise in Private Equity and Group Reorganisation matters.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage a caseload of complex Corporate transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Group Reorganisation matters.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure exceptional service delivery.


Requirements:


• Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in the Corporate field.

• Proven track record of managing complex Corporate transactions and delivering results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the Corporate landscape.
