**ServiceNow Lead Developer - Permanent Position**
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our team at 83zero. As a key member of our IT consultancy, you will be responsible for implementing Service Management, Service Integration, and Management solutions for our clients using the ServiceNow Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation, including Service Management, Service Integration, and Management solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to design and develop new ServiceNow applications, solutions, and services.
- Take ownership of complex business requirements and work with the ServiceNow Business Analyst to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist the ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release-level effort and ensuring optimization and compliance with IT organization standards.
- Leverage technical expertise to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, including JavaScript, Angular/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly.
- Good understanding of relational database concepts and experience working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, and ITOM.
- ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist certifications.
