Our organization is a distinguished player in the commercial and prime residential real estate sector, with a presence in over 70 countries. In the role of Associate Director (Bid Manager), you will assume a pivotal position within the growing Public Sector division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute compliant Public Sector proposals, ensuring adherence to high standards of compliance and procurement.
  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships, advising senior teams on the buyer journey.
  • Possess a solid understanding of strategic pricing, particularly in relation to hourly and daily rates.
  • Educate teams on contemporary industry insights and best practices in bid management.
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing to achieve timely results.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in successful bid execution for Public Sector entities.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities and a proven history of formulating winning bid strategies.
  • Affiliations with industry organizations and ideally, APMP Foundation level certification or progress towards it.
