Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a cohesive product strategy aligned with Cleo's mission and strategic goals, collaborating closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and broader business.
- Develop a world-class product management function, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities to facilitate optimal execution and delivery.
- Guide and mentor the current team of product managers and directors, encouraging experimentation and iterative learning.
- Establish clear objectives and key results in collaboration with leadership and the wider organization, regularly assessing progress and adapting as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional products for users with a strong emphasis on timely execution and accountability across the product organization.
- Minimize dependencies, eliminate obstacles, and align stakeholders, particularly with the CMO, VP of Technology, VP of Design, and VP of Growth.
- Contribute as a key member of Cleo's executive leadership team.
