About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lettings manager to join our team at Arun Estate Agencies Ltd. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are marketed effectively and achieving the best possible rental income.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless service for customers.
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate rentals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, making recommendations to improve sales and lettings performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lettings management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and ability to analyze market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to view properties.
