About the Role

As a Bid Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing customer due diligence requests from our global customers, providing request processing support for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the on-time completion of security questionnaires and other vendor requests for customers and prospects, ensuring adherence to service levels.
  • Support the development of the bid content library.
  • Work with proposal managers to support the development of persuasive proposals communicating LexisNexis Risk Solutions products responsive to RFx requirements.
  • Meet proposal and questionnaire deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals, and signatures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in bid or sales support-related roles.
  • Effective writing, editing, and business communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality work.
