About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Places Development. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new leads, building and maintaining the sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling new homes, particularly shared ownership, and possess excellent administration skills, including the ability to keep all paperwork up to date. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to influence in a positive manner.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a place where people can live and grow, and who shares our energy and commitment to making a difference in people's lives.

About the Company

Places Development is a leading social enterprise that takes a commercial approach to community building. We design and construct quality homes in sustainable, inclusive, and thriving communities equipped with comprehensive social and commercial amenities and infrastructure.

We operate across England and Scotland, through four regional businesses, a specialized Placemaking and Regeneration team, and a newly formed Strategic Land division. Our approach to marketing and sales is refreshing, and we are just as interested in assessing customer feedback on their experience with you as we are in achieving sales targets.
