New Homes Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Places Development. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our shared ownership homes development in Kent.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new leads, building and maintaining the sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will work closely with our strategic partners to deliver high-quality homes and make a significant contribution to local jobs and economies.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of selling new homes, particularly shared ownership. You will possess excellent administration skills, be able to keep all paperwork up to date, and have excellent communication skills. You will also be able to influence in a positive manner and understand what good customer service looks like.
