You will be responsible for ensuring that support tickets are resolved or escalated in a timely manner, and will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

  • Share knowledge and best practices with other team members

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and COINS ERP

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
