Our Regional Operational Leadership Roles
We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our team and lead our regional operational teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real difference to our customers and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a large multidisciplinary operational team spread across a county or a large region
- Oversee a regional operation to ensure efficient and effective service delivery while maintaining an exceptional health, safety, environmental and customer performance
- Identify, implement and manage performance improvement initiatives designed to increase operational efficiency, customer service, or environmental performance
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced operational leader who is used to leading a large team of operators/maintainers/technicians/engineers across a multisite/regional environment. While experience in the water industry would be welcome, we're also interested in hearing from people with experience in other industries such as utilities, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain, construction, environmental services, and the armed forces.
