- Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive written reports on planning applications, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- System Utilization: Utilize computer systems such as Uniform, Idox, and MS Teams for daily tasks, ensuring seamless integration and data management.
- Experience: Proven experience in dealing with complex householder (H/H) applications and other forms of development, including telecoms, certificates, and prior notifications.
- Development Management: Previous experience in development management within a local planning authority is essential.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle for site visits, as public transport does not cover all areas of Buckinghamshire.
