About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the operational line management of a team of staff, including supervision, appraisal, performance, and sickness management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the rota of staff and work with other managers to ensure all elements of the service are covered appropriately.
  • Ensure quality of service delivery through data analysis and engaging staff in service quality improvement planning.
  • Plan, chair, and contribute to team meetings that promote learning cultures, cascade information, and provide feedback mechanisms for staff on service delivery/developments.
  • Support staff to improve service user outcomes through observed practice and providing timely values-based feedback.
  • Develop and sustain key relationships within the HMP environment, particularly those relating to the Health and Well-being model.
  • Contribute to the safety of staff and service users by monitoring the maintenance of health, safety, and security procedures in the working environment and carrying out risk assessment procedures.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a degree-level education or equivalent experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team. You should be adaptable and able to work in a challenging and changeable environment. Experience in managing a caseload of service users with complex needs and a proven track record in managing incidents of challenging behavior are essential.
