Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in refining our customer data and communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and data strategy, ensuring timely project delivery and resolving any challenges in collaboration with the CRM Manager.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the customer data platform, aiding in significant implementation initiatives led by our internal technical team.
- Work closely with the Communications and Campaigns team to enhance platform functionality and data utilization.
- Facilitate the introduction of new communication channels and integrations, including SMS.
- Transform data inquiries and hypotheses into actionable briefs for data consultants.
- Coordinate data analysis and insight briefs, ensuring the precision and thoroughness of reporting and insights.
- Promote the accurate and efficient collection of data across the organization, consistently identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist the CRM team with various tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
- Strong project management and reporting capabilities.
