We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties in a female-only service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in a female-only service
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, housekeeping, and medication management
  • Encourage social inclusion through community-based activities and work placements
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans
  • Support individuals to develop life skills and rebuild confidence

About the Service

Our service is a 3-storey town house with 6 en-suite bedrooms, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thrive. We offer a range of activities and opportunities for socialization, including bowling, pubs, college, sports centre, cinema, and theatre.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £12 per hour
  • A 42-hour working week, with 3 x 12-hour shifts one week and 4 the following week
  • Every other weekend off
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

  • A successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland
