Role Summary: We are in search of an energetic and results-oriented 360 Recruitment Advisor specializing in Insurance Recruitment to become a vital part of our team. This position entails overseeing the complete Recruitment lifecycle, from Business Development to Candidate placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all stakeholders.
Key Duties:
Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the Insurance domain.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, comprehending their Recruitment requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to remain informed about industry trends and competitor movements.
Candidate Acquisition:
- Employ diverse sourcing techniques to attract and engage high-caliber talent in the Insurance field.
- Perform comprehensive interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific positions.
- Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a high-quality talent reservoir.
Client and Candidate Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison for both clients and candidates throughout the Recruitment journey.
- Offer expert guidance and consultation to clients regarding hiring strategies and market insights.
- Facilitate interviews, negotiate offers, and oversee onboarding processes.
Relationship Development:
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Participate in industry events, networking functions, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and industry knowledge.
Administrative Duties and Reporting:
- Maintain precise and current records of all Recruitment activities within our internal CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on Recruitment metrics, Business Development, and market analysis.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a 360 Recruitment Advisor, ideally within the Insurance sector or a Sales background in Insurance.
- Strong skills in Business Development and Client Relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in utilizing Recruitment software and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
