We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team at Chellow Heights Special School.

About the Role:

  • Support the Headteacher in driving strategic initiatives and promoting whole-school improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and educational programs.
  • Lead on staff performance management and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor and analyze student outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with complex needs, including PMLD, SLD, and ASC.
