We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team at Chellow Heights Special School.
About the Role:
- Support the Headteacher in driving strategic initiatives and promoting whole-school improvement.
- Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and educational programs.
- Lead on staff performance management and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor and analyze student outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with complex needs, including PMLD, SLD, and ASC.
