Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Leader to join our team at NextGen Teachers. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Deputy Head Teacher with a background in leading Behaviour and Safeguarding across the school.

This is an Interim position starting ASAP on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year in July 2025. The successful candidate will be passionate about education, possess relevant qualifications, and have strong leadership skills to guide the school towards academic excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school with a lead in Behaviour and Safeguarding.
  • Develop and implement educational policies and procedures.
  • Manage school staff, including teachers and administrative personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and educational standards.
  • Engage with parents, students, and the community to enhance school relationships.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an educational leadership role is essential.

This is a GOOD school by Ofsted with an excellent leadership team looking to welcome a new leader who can improve and lead Behaviour and Safeguarding. The school has approximately 730 pupils and is part of a Multi-Academy Trust with a wealth of support and resources available.
