The Role

We are seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs. Your role will involve:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encouraging independence and promoting choice and control
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid DBS/PVG clearance
