- Demand Projection: Forecast vehicle needs to meet business demands and ensure adequate resource allocation.
- Contract Negotiation: Secure value-driven contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Explore opportunities for eco-friendly vehicle integration and reduce our carbon footprint.
- Tender Management: Evaluate bids to make sound recommendations and ensure best value for the company.
- Supplier Relationships: Establish strong ties with suppliers to ensure reliable service and support.

- Telematics Monitoring: Monitor vehicle fleet utilization through trackers to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
- Insurance Interface: Manage claims efficiently with the insurance provider to minimize downtime and costs.
- Service Response: Ensure timely vehicle maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive vehicle records and driver behavior logs to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.

Environmental Responsibilities:
