We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team in the role of Director - Indirect Infrastructure Investments. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the European private infrastructure fund universe.
Key Responsibilities- Investment Opportunity Identification: Screen and review investment opportunities based on our Strategic Investment Plan, ensuring alignment with our investment objectives.
- Due Diligence: Participate in due diligence sessions, both on-site and virtually, to assess potential investments and evaluate various risks.
- Investment Presentations: Present investment opportunities to our Global Investment Committee through oral and written presentations, providing clear and concise analysis.
- Database Management: Build and maintain databases of fund and market information to inform analysis and investment recommendations.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Track the activity and performance of existing funds and their underlying portfolio companies to assess manager performance.
- Market Research: Conduct private infrastructure market research to identify attractive geographies and sectors.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in European private infrastructure investment, with a strong understanding of investment strategies, risks, and drivers.
- Qualifications: Strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field, with advanced studies.
- Skills: Excellent command of MS Office, with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a second European language a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to excel in a highly collaborative global team.
