About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Infrastructure Investments to join our team in Montreal or London. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing portfolio investments, executing value creation plans, and collaborating with senior members of the team to drive investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage portfolio investments, including executing value creation plans and disposition of portfolio investments as required
  • Participate in the execution of investment opportunities, collaborating closely with senior members of the team and managing junior members of staff across multiple workstreams
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to team management and team development of junior team members
Requirements
  • A well-rounded investor with at least twelve (12) years of relevant experience in infrastructure investing, investment banking, corporate finance, corporate development, consulting, or a related field
  • Execution skills across investment analysis, structuring, and negotiating financing, due diligence (commercial, financial, strategic, operational, legal)
  • Ability to create value through financial, commercial, and operational excellence, as well as a track record of assisting exit activities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree in a relevant field is an asset
  • CA, MBA, CFA, CBV is an asset
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong investment judgment and analytical skills
  • Highly collegial and collaborative, with a comfort level with shared decision-making processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
