Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be integral to the daily operations of our warehouse. Your key duties will involve the precise and efficient management of goods, ensuring a seamless flow of products throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Perform regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Utilize warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand scanners
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets
  • Keep the work environment clean and organized
  • Follow health and safety regulations consistently
  • Manage goods in section effectively

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks
