Event Management Role

**Event Planning & Coordination**

As a Senior Event Manager at Change Hospitality, you will lead the planning and execution of high-end events, including corporate functions, private parties, and weddings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, offering expert guidance on event design, layout, and logistics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, schedules, and run sheets to ensure seamless event execution
* Oversee the end-to-end operations of each event, ensuring all logistics are meticulously planned and delivered on time
* Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, florists, entertainment, and AV providers, to ensure all services meet the venue's premium standards

**Budget & Financial Oversight**

You will be responsible for developing and managing event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering outstanding client experiences. You will provide accurate quotes and work within the client's budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Team Leadership**

As a Senior Event Manager, you will lead and motivate a small team of event staff, ensuring excellent communication and coordination across all departments. You will provide on-the-day management of events, acting as the key point of contact for both staff and clients.

**Client Relationships**

You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring their event experience is stress-free and exceeds expectations. You will collect post-event feedback to ensure continual improvement of services.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as an Event Manager in a high-end venue or hospitality setting
* Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure
