Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBRE Local UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the mechanical and electrical systems within our buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair building systems, including mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
- Diagnose and repair faults, and implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth building operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Overtime flexibility may be required.
- On-call schedule available.
