Job Summary

The Clinical Trials Specialist will play a crucial role in the coordination of day-to-day activities in Clinical Trials, ensuring administrative duties are carried out in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and drug trial protocols.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the receipt, dispensing, accountability, returns, and destruction of clinical trials, adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Clinical Trials Regulations.
  • Deliver an efficient, structured, and accurate clinical trials service, complying with national legislation and local policies in conjunction with the pharmacy clinical trials team.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy clinical trials team to develop the clinical trials service in line with Trust strategy and regulatory directives.

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (not pharmacy)
