Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely patient registration and respond to patient registration queries and change notifications from PCSE.
- Process patient referrals to external services.
- Manage the two-week wait process and follow up referrals in line with SLAs.
- Support document management, including incoming patient letters in electronic and paper form.
- Input data into patient health records as necessary.
- Assist with admin relating to insurance reports and medicals.
- Ensure timely patient recalls for cervical screening, enhanced services, and QOF.
- Provide and maintain information required for QOF, Enhanced Services, and the Primary Care Quality Premium recall and targets.
- Keep up to date with changes to QOF.
- Support seasonal and various health campaigns to increase patient uptake.
Northgate Health Centre is a state-of-the-art purpose-built building located in the heart of Oxford. We have a dedicated multidisciplinary team putting patient care at the heart of everything we do. We are a supportive team of 7 GP partners and 4 salaried GPs, 3 experienced paramedic specialists, a pharmacist, physiotherapist, and an expanding nursing team.
