Our advocacy efforts, leveraging information and evidence to drive change in policy, practices, and attitudes, are at the core of our success in forging a fairer water future. To scale our positive impact, we are strengthening our capabilities through the creation of this key position.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement high-impact advocacy and engagement strategies to deliver our 2030 Strategy
- Collaborate with the team and partners to ensure rigorous stakeholder, landscape, and political economy analyses
- Coordinate, oversee, and lead the delivery of our advocacy efforts, including content creation, event organization, and relationship management
- Engage with decision-makers in government, business, financial institutions, and NGOs to advance evidence-based solutions to the conjoined global crises of water, climate, nature, and inequality
- Senior-level experience in advocacy, communications, and stakeholder engagement
- Fluency in the technical and policy aspects of water and climate justice
- Proven ability to translate complex evidence into effective advocacy messages and tactics
- Strong relationships with partners across Africa, Asia, and South America
