About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile M&E Supervisor to join our team at Nexus Careers Group Ltd. As a Mobile M&E Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of engineers and technicians across multiple locations.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work and provide technical support.
  • Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Manage and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and reports.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to the engineering team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the M&E sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and building services.
  • Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel across multiple locations.
  • Good, all-round knowledge of Maintenance Management disciplines i.e. Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
