About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior neonatal nurse to take the next steps in their career. You will be working on a Level 3 Bliss accredited tertiary neonatal intensive care unit, providing comprehensive, compassionate, individualized care and support to our babies and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality patient care to neonates with complex medical conditions
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our babies
  • Developing and implementing policies and guidelines to improve patient care
  • Participating in education and research activities to advance neonatal care
Person Specification
  • Current RN registration with NMC and any other relevant post-registration qualifications
  • BSc Degree in a relevant field
  • Teaching qualification/experience and accredited NMC before mentorship course
