No prior experience in the care sector is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided by our esteemed learning & development team before you commence your role. This training includes classroom instruction, e-learning modules, and the chance to shadow experienced Support Practitioners in their daily activities.
Additionally, we will fully finance and assist you in obtaining your SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care through our in-house program.
Flexibility is key, as your shifts will vary, including early, back, late, and sleepover options. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Bank hours.

About the Role:
Your duties as a Support Practitioner may encompass:
- Social Engagement - Assisting individuals in participating in community activities by organizing and attending outings to various recreational venues such as day centers, cinemas, and swimming pools.
- Health Management - Administering and overseeing medication.
- Personal Assistance - Supporting individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and well-being, which includes help with bathing, dressing, scheduling medical appointments, and providing incontinence care.
- Household Support - Aiding individuals in sustaining their living conditions by encouraging daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.

All successful applicants for the Support Practitioner role will receive a conditional offer, pending satisfactory references and PVG checks; having a conviction will not automatically disqualify you from working in this field.
New staff members will be required to register with the SSSC within six months of their start date.
