Job Summary

Total Machining Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all items that require inspection are fully inspected and tested to ensure that they are within acceptable tolerances.

Main Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality inspection reports for all items that go through the Inspection Process.
  • Examine and report on all faulty items, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist with the smooth running of the quality system, ensuring compliance with our ISO9001 requirements.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing departments to ensure the hand finishing of various materials meets quality standards.

Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using inspection equipment, including micrometers, verniers, and CMM.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working in an Inspection/Quality Control environment, with a strong understanding of quality management principles.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable Qualities

  • Experience working in a workshop or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
