About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team as a Design and Technical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects through all RIBA stages
  • Play a key role in the practice's transition to Revit as the predominant BIM tool
  • Collaborate closely with the team to deliver projects to the highest standards
  • Contribute to both design and technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to UK building regulations and quality assurance
  • Develop and maintain strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
  • Take initiative in driving projects forward and working independently
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative office environment
Requirements
  • UK-qualified architect with strong Revit skills
  • Experience working across various sectors, ideally with high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects
