About the Role

We are seeking a male full-time support worker to join our care team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a support worker, you will be providing care and support to individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support with daily living tasks such as dressing, washing, and cooking
  • Participating in activities and hobbies, including trips out and holidays
  • Encouraging individuals to live independently in their own homes and the local community
  • Administering medication as required
  • Completing daily care plans
  • Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met and protecting the rights of individuals to live safely and free from abuse or neglect
