Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Canterbury. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard
- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels
- Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers
- Work with the manager to generate stock and maintain a high level of stock control
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
- Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading a team
- Commercially driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations
