We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bubble CiTea in Canterbury.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise sales performances, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure proper shift assignments for team members.
- Ensure quality, customer service, and health and safety standards are met.
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Recruit, select, orient, and train part-time staff to maintain store stability and reputation.
- Develop a passionate working environment and help bubble baristas grow and improve.
- Respond to customer complaints and comments.
- Train and educate team members on drink processes and policies.
- Manage and create content for TikTok.
Requirements
- Experience in a managerial/supervisor role in a fast-paced food/beverage industry.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
