Key Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager in the running of the home, particularly in their absence.
- Lead shifts and support the team to provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower young people to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Assist the Registered Manager with reviewing budgets, staff rotas, complaints, and relationship building with external regulatory bodies.
Courtyard Care provides outcome-based support in a safe, welcoming, homely, and stimulating environment for children and young people with complex and additional needs.
