Restaurant Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive business growth. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
