  • Compile reports and budgets for various agreements, providing clear and concise financial information to clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of farm business consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A combination of practical and farm business experience, with a deep understanding of the agricultural sector.
  • Knowledge of DEFRA's subsidies and Agricultural Transition Period, with the ability to advise clients on relevant policies and regulations.
  • Previous experience of managing a team, with a proven track record of leadership and team development.
  • 3+ years' experience in arable/livestock sectors, with a strong understanding of farm business management and development.
  • FACTS and BASIS qualifications, or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
